Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. (John 14:27, ESV)

Truck armor is awesome. Individual body armor is great. But there is nothing more comforting in a combat zone than knowing that the God of the universe is on your side and that He is watching out for you. Talking about the ability to have peace of mind – the Creator of all that is – is with you wherever you go.

Prayer: Lord, I am at peace while you are my protection.
