“Only take care, and keep your soul diligently, lest you forget the things that your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life. Make them known to your children and your children’s children (Deuteronomy 4:9, ESV)

Isn’t it amazing how easy we forget? We sit through training and within hours we forget what was said. We attend worship services and we forget the sermon. We discover a great truth in scripture and we become convicted, yet with time we forget. One thing we should never forget – something that should be seared to our hearts and minds – the awesome work God did in our lives the moment we trusted Christ to come into our life. Take that incredible act and pass it on to your children and grandchildren. There is nothing greater in the entire universe!

Prayer: Lord, Your work brings me to worship.
